- If you want to leave your luggage before the check-in time (15:00), please inform in advance your expected arrival time. Itfs also possible after check-out, in that case please inform us about your departure time. (There is no staff hours)
- Late arrival
- If you are going to arrive later than your designated check-in time, please call us (+39) 333-447-412 or send an e-mail. (There is no staff hours)
- Can I walk from the Piazzale Roma bus terminal or from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station?
- Yes. However, you have to cross at least five bridges without any ramp. Itfs quite complicated to find your way through the Venetian maze of narrow streets, it might takes twice the time with heavy luggage.
- Whatfs the easiest way to get to the lodging?
- From Marco Polo airport - by Alilaguna direct boat to Caf Rezzonico stop(65 minutes)
From Piazzale Roma bus terminal or Venezia Santa Lucia train station - by ACTV boat #5.1 or #6 to S.Basilio or Zattere stop. Then, 5 minutes walk from each boat stop.
*ACTV boat will change the stops and timetable seasonally. Youfre invited to check the newest information.
*Seldomly ACTV boat service might be cancelled or limited due to weather conditions such as thick fog, high tide or festivals. - Smoking?
